The following terms of service governs for the entire LittleBux, and the use of it. This website ("http://www.littlebux.com/") is owned by Littlebux, Ltd. By accepting these terms, or by accessing/using the site/service you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms.

Accounts


1.1.: We store your password in an irreversible format in our database. If the event of your account being comprimised/hacked, LittleBux cannot be held responsible. If you forgot your password, the only way to retrieve access to your account is by requesting a new password.

1.2.: You are only allowed to have one account LittleBux. Any attempt on creating multiple/false accounts will lead to termination of all accounts associated with you.

1.3.: Each advertisement can be viewed one time, per 24 hours, per IP.

1.4.: Accounts are not transferable.

1.5.: Users using false information when registering or changing their personal settings will have their account suspended.

1.6.: Any attempt to manually or automatically reload/view pages intensively will lead to the permanent suspension of your account.

Referrals


2.1.: You may refer as many people as you want. The amount of direct referrals is limited based on the referrer's membership. The users can see the limit in the account page.

2.2.: A referral will never be able to modify the member who referred him/her.

2.3.: You must click at least 4 advertisement daily as a member in order to receive the clicks made from your referrals.

2.4.: You only earn from directly referred referrals being them referred directly by you or rented.

2.5.: Letting a rented referral expire will have a small fee ranging from $0.02 to $0.05 depending on your current membership (Standard: $0.02, Golden: $0.04, Ruby and Ultimate: $0.05).

Community behavior


3.1.: You have access to reading the Forum, except for private areas.

3.2.: You must respect other users in all of these areas under the penalty of being banned from them if you don't.

2.3.: All kinds of publicity, attempts to get referrals, money offers/exchange/requests and the offer or request of services are prohibited in forum posts/topics and in the chat. Spamming the forum and chat with nonsense posts/messages, duplicated topics and illegal content is also prohibited.

Payments to Users


4.1.: All payments will be made via Payza and PayPal. No other method of payment is available at this time.

4.2.: All payments will be made instantly upon request if you are using PayPal, if your membership support it and if the instant payouts has been enabled for the specific service. If instant payments are not enabled or you're requesting your payment using Payza, your payment will be sent within 1-3 days.

4.3.: The minimum amount paid is $2.00 on the first cashout. This amount will increase by $2.00 for each cashout until it reaches a fixed minimum amount of $10.00. From the amount paid, a fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.

4.4.: Fees will be subtracted for some processors.

4.5.: You can only request one payment at a time.

4.6.: Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.

5.1.: All payments are non-refundable.

5.2.: All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.

Account Suspension


6.1.: We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.

6.2.: After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.

6.3.: We never delete any users account for any reason, even if they have been suspended/banned.

Advertisements


7.1.: You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours

7.2.: You are only allowed to view the advertisements from a computer. Mobile devices (such as mobile phones or tablets) are not allowed, and will lead to account suspension. Advertisements must only be clicked on using a mouse and not using any other methods.

7.3.: We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be 16 years of age or older to participate in ClixSense. ClixSense is open to US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

In an effort to ensure the integrity of the ClixSense advertising program, the persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate in the ClixSense program in the capacity of ad viewer: (a) persons who are employees or agents of ClixSense, or its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, or service agencies, or independent contractors of any of the above organizations; and (b) persons who are immediate family (defined as mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son or spouse) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live. Nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit a person’s right to maintain a ClixSense account for advertising purposes nor does this policy restrict the promotion of a person’s affiliate link.

2. RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing ClixSense account. ClixSense is limited to one account per household.

You will use your username / password combination to access your account and it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. You may change this information by logging into your account and following the "Profile and Settings" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your ClixSense account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Any unauthorized access to your account should be reported immediately.

Should ClixSense detect any instances of fraud, system abuse, defamation, harassment, foul language, inappropriate conduct in our forum or helpdesk or any type of account activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal in the sole discretion of ClixSense, these actions may result in member termination and possible legal action as well as forfeiture of any earned commissions not yet disbursed to you from ClixSense. Inactivity - If your account should go to inactive status (90 days with no logins), ClixSense will consider the account abandoned and closes it. All funds in the account will be forfeited and the balance zeroed. If you reopen this account the balance that was reclaimed will not be credited back. Any referrals or ad credits that are in your account when it's closed for inactivity will remain in the account. While this account is inactive, any referrals in your downline may request to change their sponsor. If you reactivate your account these referrals who left your downline will not be assigned back, they are lost.

Premium Membership - ClixSense offers a Premium Membership for the cost of $17. This membership is valid for a period of one year from date of purchase. ClixSense also offers a 2 year Premium for $30. 30 days prior to the expiration date of the member's premium status ClixSense will inform the member that it's time to renew. A member may at his own discretion request to renew their upgrade up to 90 days prior to the expiration date of their current premium status. There are no refunds on a Premium upgrade after a period of 21 days from the original Premium purchase. The added benefits of holding a Premium Membership are described on this page and will not get you more offers or tasks, and may not increase the number of ads available. If you are not going to refer others or won't be able to complete the daily checklist on a regular basis, the Premium Membership may not be for you.

Account Selling/Renting - ClixSense does not allow you to sell or rent your account. In the event you attempt to sell or rent your account, the account will be limited with no access. ClixSense is free to join and the selling or renting of your account to make a profit from your activities here is strictly prohibited.

Sponsor Changes - The changing of or removing an affiliate sponsor is not permitted. The management of ClixSense may at its discretion allow the changing of a sponsor, IF and only if the affiliate does not have a sponsor assigned or the current sponsor has been inactive for more than 90 days. There are no exceptions to this rule. ClixSense strongly suggests that you do not close your account and open a new one so you can change your sponsor. ClixSense can at our own discretion not allow this activity to happen, especially if its to join a team.

Offers, Tasks and Surveys - ClixSense has agreements with many different 3rd party companies to provide our members with Tasks, Offers and Surveys. In the event that you are not compensated or rewarded for such completion of said survey, task or offer ClixSense will attempt to find out why you were not rewarded correctly but will not be responsible for completing a payment if the Offer, Survey or Task Company refuses to follow through and reward you. ANY member that attempts to cheat to complete a task, offer or survey will have their account permanently suspended without question. The use of a proxy server or VPN to access or complete said offers, tasks or surveys is prohibited. All funds accrued from illegal access or from attempting to cheat will be forfeited.

Account Verification - Members who reside in the USA & Canada are required to have their postal address verified prior to be eligible for electronic cashouts (Paypal, PayToo). Address verification is accomplished by sending you a check to the address on your ClixSense account profile. The check will be delivered by USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class Mail. Failure to verify your address can result in account closure and forfeiture of any account balance. In the event that your ClixSense account goes to inactive status (closed) or you close your account and then reactivate it, you must complete address verification again even if you have done it in the past. This is necessary to combat fraud. If such a request is made of a member and subsequently refused or ignored, ClixSense reserves the right to withhold funds and or close the account. If after entering the pin code printed on the check you fail to cash this check, ClixSense can void your address verification. You must also cash the check to complete address verification.

Relocation - In the event that you permanently or temporarily move to a different country, you must inform ClixSense once you have arrived at your new location so we can update your profile. If you happen to travel to different countries with your job or in vacation, your profile must remain set to your home country as we will not update your country if you are not staying in each location for more than 90 days. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Affiliate Program - As a member of ClixSense you are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program. The member who brought you here (your sponsor) will earn commissions from the various money generating activities that you complete on ClixSense. In the event you join without a sponsor you may elect to assign one or continue without a sponsor. ClixSense does not allow you to create multiple accounts, run another account or attempt to create bogus referral accounts in order to increase your earning potential. ClixSense can at its own discretion remove any member it feels that may have been created that violates our terms. ClixSense does not allow members from the same household to be in the same affiliate downline and will remove all affiliates from the same household. Furthermore, ClixSense aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the member program or any services or other items advertised through ClixSense (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. ClixSense is not responsible if your PC becomes infected with malware, virus or other program that affects the performance of your PC. It is the member's responsibility to maintain a good anti-virus and anti-malware program on their system. ClixSense checks each advertisement that is submitted to our system to be sure it does not contain any harmful code or programs. ClixSense is not responsible for any repair or virus removal bills that may be incurred if the member feels he/she was infected from an ad on our website.

5. INDEMNIFICATION
You hereby agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ClixSense, its officers, directors, employees, agents, members, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages or expenses (including attorney's fees and costs) of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by us (collectively the "Losses").

ClixSense may now, or hereafter from time to time, contain links to third-party web sites. We do not control, investigate, monitor or check such web sites, we are not responsible for the computer programs available from, content in or opinions expressed at such web sites, and we do not investigate, monitor or check. We provide such third-party links only as a convenience to visitors of the site, and the inclusion of a link does not imply approval or endorsement of the linked site by us. If you decide to leave the site and access any third-party web site, you do so at your own risk.

7. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
You hereby represent and warrant to us that this member Agreement has been duly and validly executed and delivered by you and constitutes your legal, valid and binding obligation, enforceable against you in accordance with its terms; and that the execution, delivery and performance by you of this member Agreement are within your legal capacity and power; have been duly authorized by all requisite action on your part; require the approval or consent of no other persons; and neither violate nor constitute a default under the;
provision of any law, rule, regulation, order, judgment or decree to which you are subject or which is binding upon you, or;
the terms of any other agreement, document or instrument applicable to you or binding upon you.
8. INFORMATION RIGHTS
ClixSense may retain and use, subject to the terms of the ClixSense Privacy Policy (all information you provide, including but not limited to site demographics and contact and billing information. You agree that ClixSense may transfer and disclose to third parties personally identifiable information about you for the purpose of approving and enabling your participation in the program, including to third parties that reside in jurisdictions with less restrictive data laws than your own. ClixSense may also provide information in response to valid legal process, such as subpoenas, search warrants and court orders, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims. ClixSense disclaims all responsibility, and will not be liable to you, however, for any disclosure of that information by any such third party. ClixSense may share non-personally-identifiable information about you, including site URLs, site-specific statistics and similar information collected by ClixSense, with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, and other third parties. In addition, you grant ClixSense the right to access, index and cache the site(s), or any portion thereof, including by automated means.

9. PAYMENTS / CASHOUTS
Members may earn by visiting the advertiser websites after they have logged into their ClixSense account. Members may also have the opportunity to earn by referring new members to ClixSense when affiliate promotions are in effect. ClixSense will announce start and end dates for any affiliate promotions offered either by email notification or notification posted on the website. Members can earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by ClixSense.

Members will be paid all earnings via the method of choice as described on this page.

All checks issued by ClixSense are valid for a period of 60 days from the date of issuance. It is the responsibility of the recipient to cash or deposit checks in a timely manner consistent with the 60-day time frame. Any check not cashed within the validity time frame is subject to cancellation and/or forfeiture. If you fail to contact us within the 60-day time frame to make other arrangements (such as to cancel, reissue, etc.) and your check expires, ClixSense will not issue a refund or credit the expired check back to your account balance. Checks must be made out to your name or company name. Checks cannot be made out to Cash or no name or business entered.

Any payouts due to you will not be deemed “owed” until you reach the necessary payout levels. Should your ClixSense account incur no activity for a period of 90 consecutive days your account will be canceled and any earnings accrued will be forfeited.

10. PRICING
ClixSense may without warning increase or decrease our prices for account upgrades, ad pack purchases and ClixGrid advertisements. In the event that we decrease our pricing, ClixSense will not offer a refund for the difference in pricing to any member who made a purchase at the higher price. If you have purchased ad credits and they are unused then you may at that time request a refund and repurchase at the lower rate.

11. SPAM POLICY
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, job sites, classified ad sites or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with ClixSense, and may result in legal prosecution. ClixSense strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the spamming incident. ClixSense may fine your account up to $50 per spam email or posted website that is reported to us.

12. ADVERTISER REQUIREMENTS
Any advertisement submitted for consideration to ClixSense will first be approved by our staff before being activated. Websites containing malicious script or code, excessive pop-ups, or viruses are prohibited. No site (URL) that is approved shall materially be changed after approval such that the content of the site after the original approval is thereafter in violation of the terms of ClixSense. All members making a payment from one of our Payment Processors may be required to verify their transaction email before any purchases will be approved. This is mandatory to help prevent fraud. In summary, and without being exhaustive, no sites promoting the follow shall be submitted to ClixSense:
Adult Content or Sexually Themed Material including any dating websites.
Drugs and Drug Paraphernalia
Tobacco Sales
Discriminatory Practices
Hate / Violence Sites
Weapons Sales
Pharmaceutical Sales
Illegal Downloads including movies, MP3, software etc.
Gambling
Proxy or VPN services.
HYIP (High Yield Investment Programs)
Alcohol, which includes: beer, wine, liquor or homemade breweries.
ClixSense reserves the right to reject advertisements at our sole discretion.

ClixGrid - Ads submitted to ClixGrid are to rotate on the ClixGrid Game for the chosen period of 7, 14, 30, 60, 90 or 180 days, from the date they are approved or from a chosen scheduled date, whichever is the latest. The advertiser may request to have their advertised links changed, via the Helpdesk, once per 30 days, meaning that for the 7-, 14- and 30-day periods only one change is allowed while for the 60-, 90- and 180-day periods 2, 3 and 6 changes, respectively, are allowed. In the event that the advertised website goes offline, or some other unforeseen problem occurs, this limitation does not apply. Refunds are given on a prorated basis and are based on the purchasing price and on the spent time of its advertising period.

PTC Ad Credits Packs - Refunds may only be requested for any unspent ad credits, which may result in partial refunds.

13. ACCOUNT ABUSE
Multiple registrations and/or running multiple accounts shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Registering multiple accounts from the same IP address or from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Any use of Internet bots, also known as web robots or simply bots would be ground for immediate termination of your ClixSense account. Bots are software applications that run automated tasks over the internet. Typically, bots perform tasks that are both simple and structurally repetitive, at a much higher rate than would be possible for a human editor alone. ClixSense may file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple registrations or any other type fraud or abuse outlined within this membership agreement. This conduct will result in the forfeiture of any ClixSense earnings you have generated. It is agreed between the member and ClixSense that determining the specific dollar amount of damages sustained to the reputation of ClixSense as a result of the fraudulent actions of either our advertisers or our members would be in some cases difficult to prove. ClixSense takes seriously our obligation to protect our advertisers to be sure they are getting the true value of their investment dollars. For that reason, any breach of this agreement would automatically result in liquidated damages of $1500 in addition to any actual damages sustained by ClixSense. ClixSense reserves the right in their discretion to suspend an account upon investigation and conclusion that a fraudulent or deceptive act is occurring or likely to occur.

ClixSense does not allow the use of anonymizer or proxy servers to access our system. ClixSense can at its own discretion block any member who knowingly accesses our system with an anonymizing, VPN or proxy server. We can and will suspend any account found to violate this policy. All funds in your ClixSense account are immediately forfeited if your account is suspended for violating this policy.

In the event that you issue a chargeback on a transaction you completed while logged into your ClixSense account, ClixSense will suspend your account. A transaction is defined as a purchase that you knowingly made for an advertisement, upgrade or a ClixGrid advertisement. ClixSense may at its discretion take you (the member who issued the chargeback) to small claims court to recover fees associated with the chargeback, including travel expenses incurred to file the necessary court paperwork. ClixSense records all user activity while you (the member) are logged in. This includes the IP address that you accessed your account from, browser, and all clicks and pages accessed during your login. This information may be used to prove you did indeed authorize the transaction(s) in question. If you wish to have your account "unsuspended" you must agree to pay the initial transaction cost plus a $20 chargeback fee. This payment must be made in the form of a Bank Money order and mailed to: ClixSense.com, 210 Bates Retreat, Hampstead NC 28443, USA. Under no circumstances will ClixSense reinstate an account that has issued a chargeback until such chargeback and initial transaction fees are paid.

14. COPYRIGHT
No part of this website or any of its contents may be reproduced, copied, modified or adapted, without the prior written consent of ClixSense.com, it's officers or management, unless otherwise indicated for stand-alone materials. ClixSense logos and stats are the sole property of ClixSense.com and may be copied or used on your website, blog, Facebook, email or like but a link back to ClixSense.com must be present. Any logos, text and or stats may be used on your website, Facebook, blog or email for promotional or advertising purposes but you may not use the ClixSense name in any way or make false claims of being a ClixSense partner, employee or contractor without the express written consent of ClixSense.com or it's management.

15. MISCELLANEOUS
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this member Agreement or any products or services of ClixSense must be brought in the state court in Oneida County, New York and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. You may not assign this member Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent. Subject to that restriction, this member Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Our failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this member Agreement.

THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND CLIXSENSE AND BY CLICKING ON THE REGISTRATION BUTTON (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN INDIVIDUAL) OR YOUR COMPANY (IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY) (THE "MEMBER") AGREE(S) TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS MEMBER AGREEMENT. BY ACCEPTING THIS USER AGREEMENT YOU ARE HEREBY BOUND TO THE RULES AND GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE MEMBER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS TERMS.

Please read the following terms & conditions before using our services.

A. By participation in TrafficMonsoon program, you must acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1a. You agree to be of legal age in your country, and in all the cases your minimal age is 18 years of age.
2a. TrafficMonsoon service is only available to qualified members & individuals personally invited by them.
3a. Every transaction made between TrafficMonsoon and its members, is considered to be private.
4a. All members information, financial reports, account balances, messages and other info displayed and / or stored by TrafficMonsoon are of private nature, and will not be disclosed to third parties.

B. TrafficMonsoon registered as a limited liability company and not a bank nor a security firm. A purchase of advertising service with us is not considered a deposit, nor investment.

C. You are under the money laundering prevention law and other such international laws, therefore it is illegal to conduct or attempt to conduct a financial transaction with proceeds known to be from specified unlawful activity. Such an activity may include the intent to promote the carrying of unlawful activity, to evade taxes, and / or to conceal or disguise the nature of the proceeds and reporting requirements.

1c. You accept sole responsibility for any and all appropriate taxes as charged in your country, and hereby indemnify TrafficMonsoon and its owners of such liability.
2c. All transactions are deemed final. Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again. In addition, we reserve the right to change our members payment method as deemed necessary for accomplishing their withdraw requests.
3c. You agree that our past performance does not guarantee you the same results in the future.
4c. You agree to hold TrafficMonsoon harmless from any loss and / or liability to your purchase, therefore do not purchase services that you can not afford to pay for, as you are spending it at your own risk.
5c. TrafficMonsoon is not responsible and / or liable for any internal or external loss of funds due to password sharing and / or Identity theft.

D. You agree that all discussed information and / or replies coming from TrafficMonsoon by any means of communication are of private nature, therefore must be kept confidential and protected by copyright from any disclosure.

1d. If you are not a member you are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, publishing, selling, creating derivative works and / or using any information available on and / or through TrafficMonsoon.
2d. Only promote TrafficMonsoon using legal methods. Any income promises, or guarantees inconsistent with the information provided by TrafficMonsoon may result in a permanent account suspension.
3d. TrafficMonsoon will not be held responsible for any harm and / or loss made to any person or group by our members and/or visitors. Therefore, both members and visitors of TrafficMonsoon take full responsibility for their methods of promoting and marketing TrafficMonsoon, and it must fully comply to this written terms.
4d. The information, communications and / or any materials TrafficMonsoon contains are for educational and informational purposes, and is not to be regarded as solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems a non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person whom it will be unlawful to make such an offer and / or solicitation.
5d. You agree to recognize TrafficMonsoon as a true advertising company which shares its revenues, and not as any form of investment of any kind.

E. You acknowledge that you are acting as an individual and not on behalf of any other entity and / or any authority. Our offer is void where prohibited by law.

F. TrafficMonsoon reserve the right to suspend and / or close the operation of this site or sections thereof when, as a result of political, economic, military, monetary events  and / or any other circumstances outside the control, responsibility and power of TrafficMonsoon site and company. The continued operation of this site is contingent upon the company's profit margins being sufficient to cover business expenses to continue business. In such event, TrafficMonsoon will provide updates, and deliver services purchased where at all possible.

G. TrafficMonsoon "Zero-Tolerance" Anti Spam Policy:

1g. We will not tolerate SPAM, and / or any type of UBE/UCE in connection to this site.
2g. You agree to not use our company name and / or TrafficMonsoon site name in any connection / relation to send spam, solicited emails, and / or any other way there is.
3g. You agree to not post false negative votes on public forums and / or any rating sites without contacting us at first. There may have been a temporary technical problem, so please make sure to always resolve any kind of issues and / or difficulties with our dedicated support.
4g. If you have violated this "Zero-Tolerance" Anti Spam Policy, you will lose the rights of using our service and all of your account privileges will be immediately revoked.

H. Violation of any kind to the terms and / or conditions mentioned herebefore will get you permanently removed from this program, you will lose your rights to use TrafficMonsoon services, and all of your account privileges will be immediately revoked.

I. We reserve the right to change the commissions, rates, terms and / or conditions mentioned this program at any given time and at our sole discretion, with respect the integrity and security of our members interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the most updated version of our terms & conditions of service listed in here, to which you are bound. Certain provisions of our terms and / or conditions of use may be superseded by other legal notice, located in other parts of our website.

J. We will always do our best effort to stay in contact with you and keep the site up and running.

K. TrafficMonsoon will not hold any responsibility for any ads placed on our site by advertisers. It is your sole responsibility to conduct due diligence before acting on any offer presented to you through our services.

1k. In no event will TrafficMonsoon be liable for damages, losses, whether special circumstances, incidental, consequential, breech of contract, or otherwise which arise from clicking and acting on any of the offers displayed on TrafficMonsoon.com or anywhere else.
2k. You are responsible for your website's downtime, or typographical errors which lead visitors to the wrong location. Before purchasing ad service and starting your campaign, it's your responsibility to ensure the banner image is correct, and the link is in working order. Any clicks you receive to the wrong link are your full responsibility.
3k. You agree that we cannot guarantee results for your campaigns, but we can only ensure that you're able to receive all the visitors you've paid for. Results of campaigns vary upon the visitor's personal needs, and whether your offer adequately communicates ability to meet their need.
4k. We accept all types of advertisements, except for websites that break out of the ad frame, sites that do not display in the ad frame (such as youtube, google, facebook links), adult content, gambling, interest/usury, illegal content, hate, racism, drugs, and alcohol.
5k. We reserve the right to deny any advertisement that we do not see fit to be displayed.

L. Any inquiries should be addressed in writing to our dedicated support via the contact page.

M. Any accusation without proof, intimidation, threat or disrespect against TrafficMonsoon and / or TrafficMonsoon staff / assistants, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.

N. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, trafficmonsoon.com goes above and beyond appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of member's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the website's traffic to track abuse of the trafficmonsoon.com website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while trafficmonsoon strives to protect its members personal information, cannot guarantee the security of any information that members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and member does so at his/her own risk.

O. If your account should go to inactive status (90 days with no logins), TrafficMonsoon will consider the account abandoned and will close it. All funds (meaning account balance, not purchases) in the account will be forfeited and the balance zeroed. Accounts can be reopened and retain all previous account history and purchases. Any referrals, active sharing positions, and ad credits that are in your account when it's closed for inactivity will remain in the account. While this account is inactive, any referrals in your downline may request to change their sponsor. If you reactivate your account these referrals who left your downline will not be assigned back, they are lost.

The closure and removal of account balance is open for review, and can be restored when there are extrenuating cirumcumstances such as death, coma, serious health conditions, etc.

If the account holder dies, then we'll verify documents to ensure the person who was willed their account or estate would have access to their Traffic Monsoon account without any loss to account balance for inactivity.

We invite you to access our website and use the AdFiver Service, but please note that your invitation is subject to your review and agreement with these Terms of Service.
This document describes in detail your rights and our rights relating to the provision of the Service and the operation of the AdFiver website, so please review these Terms carefully.
What are the Terms of Service?
The Terms of Service constitutes a contract between us. The Terms include the provisions set forth in this document and in the Privacy Policy, User Guidelines and other terms or conditions that may be presented by us and accepted by you from time to time in connection with specific Service offerings (all of which we collectively refer to as the "Terms of Service" or "Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, you do not have the right to access or use our Service or purchase any products or services from the AdFiver website. If you do register for or otherwise use our Service, or purchase any products or services, you shall be deemed to confirm your acceptance of the Terms and your agreement to be a party to this binding contract.
By using the Service and purchasing any products in the AdFiver website, you acknowledge, accept and agree with all provisions of the Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, the use and treatment of your Account Information and your Content in accordance with such Privacy Policy.
Will these Terms of Service ever change?
Changes in these Terms of Service are almost certain to happen, due to changes in our Services and system. If we make a change, we'll do our best to provide you with advance notice, although in some situations, such as where a change is required to satisfy applicable legal requirements, an update to these Terms may need to be effective immediately. We'll announce changes here at our site, and we also may elect to notify you of changes by sending an email to the address you have provided to us. We will also try to explain the reasons for the change.
If we do update these Terms, you are free to decide whether to accept the updated terms or to stop using our Service. For clarity, email or other communications will not constitute an effective written agreement for this purpose.
1. User Account
1.1. It is prohibited to transfer, lease or sell accounts.
1.2. Your email address is protected from Spam and will not be sold or exposed under any circumstances.
1.3. Any false information used when creating your account may lead to the termination of your account.
1.4. We do not accept, under any circumstances, requests to change your username or upline.
1.5. You can only have one account. Any attempt to create more than one account will lead to the termination of all of them. This also applies to your payment account which has to be unique and not shared with another user.
1.6. Only one account per computer is allowed to view advertisements. If more than one account in a single computer view advertisements, all of those accounts will be permanently suspended immediately.
1.7. Each advertisement can be viewed by a single account using the same IP per 24 hours. You can use multiple unique IP addresses to login. However, logging in from proxies, vpn or shared network environments is not allowed. Any attempt to do otherwise may lead to the termination of your account.
1.8. You have a duty to keep your password secure. We shall not be made liable for any improper access to your account because of incorrect password management.
2. Referrals
2.1. Every one of your referrals, as users, must have a unique email address.
2.2. Requests to change the upline will not be accepted.
2.3. You must not send unsolicited email or force anyone in any other way into becoming your referral. You also cannot use any service that attempts to sell you referrals. We will verify such incidents and they will result in account termination.
2.4. Rented referrals have a return policy. If, within 14 days one of your rented referrals does not click any advertisement, you will automatically get your referral exchanged with no additional charge and for unlimited times. This exchange policy is only for rented referrals and they will only be replaced when new ones are available. Rented referrals are distributed based on an activity rule but we cannot predict or assure how they will behave afterwards. Letting a referral expire will have a small fee ranging from $0.02 to $0.05 depending on your membership.
2.5. The clicks you earn from referrals are directly related to the clicks you make. If you click at least 4 advertisements being a Starter member or you click at least 8 advertisements being a Golden / Ultimate member, you'll receive all clicks made from your referrals. If you click below that, the maximum you will receive is only the amount of clicks you've made multiplied by the number of referrals you have. The referral clicks will be calculated based on the clicks you made on the previous day. These calculations are based on the server time which can be seen in the "View Advertisements" page. The only advertisements that will count are: Extended Exposure, Standard Exposure, and Blue Fixed Advertisements.
3. Forum Usage
3.1 You will always have the right to express yourself without offending other users.
3.2 Such actions for the purpose of publicity, provocation, attempts to get referrals, money offers and request of services are not allowed. Spamming the forum with nonsense posts, duplicated messages, illegal content, sharing email addresses, social website links is also not allowed.
3.3 Any implication of racism, sexism or abusive comments will never be tolerated and will lead to suspension of forum use as well as permanent account suspension. AdFiver will not tolerate any disrespectful attitudes, insults, and meaningless inflammatory posts towards either the members or associates.
3.4 Intimidation, accusation without proof, threat or disrespect against AdFiver, here or elsewhere will be seen as disrespectful and may lead to the removal of the privilege of using the Forum and the permanent suspension of your account, temporary suspension of membership or any other benefits.
4. Advertisements
4.1 It is recommended to view the advertisements via a computer connected to internet with unique IP.
4.2 You, as a user, can only earn from each advertisement once each 24 hours.
4.3 Advertisements containing pornography, illegal content, malicious codes, direct or indirect forms of racism or sexism, page redirection or any other content inappropriate, are all prohibited.
4.4 Any advertisement containing prohibited content will be denied.
5. Anti-Cheat Policy
5.1 We will be monitoring all hacking attempts and may take legal action in respond.
5.2 All attempts to hack or cheat our system are being monitored and logged.
5.3 Any attempts of piracy or unlawful act will lead to account suspension immediately.
5.4 Advertisements must not be viewed on mobile phones or tablets.
5.5 Using any software or program that automates tasks or clicks advertisements for you is strictly prohibited.
6. Payments to Users
6.1 All payments will be made via Payza, PayPal, Neteller and BitCoin. No other method of payment is available at this time. You can only request an unlimited amount to be paid to the payment processor you've used to make the most of your purchases in monetary amount. The maximum amount you can request to the other payment processors is equal to the value of the purchases you've made through them individually. In the event of equal most value of purchases between two or more payment processors you can make an unlimited payment request for each one that is part of the par.
6.2 The minimum amount paid is $3.00. From the amount paid, a small fee can be deducted depending on the payment processor you use.
6.3 All payments will be made instantly upon request or within 48 hours after being requested if the payment processor services are down.
6.4 Any refund of any payment we send you will be ignored and it won't be added back to your account nor sent again.
6.5. Your payment processor account must be fully functional and have no limitations for investment and/or withdrawals. Investments from limited or frozen payment processor accounts will be automatically denied. Withdrawals to limited or frozen accounts will be denied and will not be refunded to your AdFiver's balance.
6.6. You must have a correct and existing Payza, PayPal, Neteller email address and / or a correct BitCoin Address. All payments will go directly to that user's email address and cannot be canceled. To have your payment sent by PayPal, be sure to have a PayPal account in a country whose accounts can receive money by PayPal and log in from one of those countries.
7. Payments to AdFiver
7.1 All payments are to be made using the links available in the AdFiver website. No other method of payment will be accepted.
7.2 All payments made via Paypal must be from verified accounts, any failure to correspond this requirement will be denied and the amount will be refunded back to your account.
7.3 All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension.
8. Refund Policy
8.1 All purchased items are non-refundable as they are instantly delivered upon purchase. We document records of all orders, transactions and ip addresses. We also make the terms of service visible within every page of the website.
8.2 In case user opens dispute against AdFiver for a purchased item, it will lead to immediate account suspension and your ip being banned on the server. PayPal purchase protection is not applied for intangible items or virtual goods according to 13.3 of their user agreement.
9. Account Suspension
9.1 We have the right to suspend your account at any time for any valid reason including, but not limited to, the disrespect of our Terms of Service.
9.2 All suspended accounts will be archived and you cannot register using the same username or email addresses.
9.3 After 30 days of inactivity, your account will be temporarily suspended and permanently suspended after 60 days of inactivity.
10. Liability
10.1 We will not be liable for any kind of delays or failures that are not directly related to AdFiver and therefore beyond our control.
10.2 AdFiver reserves the right to alter the Terms of Service at any time, including fees, benefits and rules, amongst others, and also reserves the right to cancel its services any time and without any notice.
10.3 We will not be held responsible for any of its users, advertisers or advertisements.
